Privacy

AuctionHQ is a free public directory that aggregates publicly listed auction and auctioneer information, including business contact details. We link to independent bidding sites; we do not accept bids or payments.

Information we handle

When you submit a correction or removal request, we store your name, email, the listing concerned and your message so our administrators can review and respond. Please do not include sensitive personal or financial information. We keep requests only as long as reasonably needed to handle them and maintain necessary records.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary storage supports administrator sign-in and remembers your cookie choice. On auctionhq.com, Google Analytics 4 measures page visits, search/filter choices and clicks to auction websites only after you accept analytics cookies. Analytics and advertising storage default to denied; Reject leaves Google Analytics unloaded. Your choice is remembered in this browser. Clear site storage to choose again. Linked sites have separate cookie policies.

Sharing and your choices

We do not sell personal data. Service providers may process information to host, secure and operate the directory. We may disclose information where required by law. Linked auction and bidding sites have their own privacy policies.
